Class Descriptions
Pilates Sculpt
Our signature high-energy Pilates burn. This low-impact, high-rep class blends traditional Pilates principles with light weights and dynamic sequencing to sculpt and strengthen your entire body. Expect glutes, core, and arms to be on fire.
Barre Sculpt
A ballet-inspired workout that combines small, controlled movements with light resistance for maximum muscle fatigue. Focused heavily on glutes, thighs, and core, this class delivers a low-impact but intense burn with rhythmic, music-driven flow.
Strength & Sculpt
A powerful fusion of strength training and sculpt endurance work with a Pilates fusion twist. We aim to build muscle and confidence, then layer in high-rep finishers to elevate the burn. Athletic, empowering, and designed to leave you feeling strong.
Power Yoga
A dynamic, strength-building yoga flow designed to build heat, endurance, and full-body strength. Expect continuous movement, energizing sequences, and a powerful mind–body reset.
Mat Pilates
A foundational, core-focused workout performed on the mat using controlled, breath-driven movement. This class builds deep abdominal strength, stability, posture, and total body control. Expect intentional pacing, strong mind body connection, and that signature Pilates shake.
Yoga Sculpt & Strength
A high energy class blending traditonal yoga postures with strength training and 360 cardio. Expect upbeat music, light weights, and props to help build muscle, elevate your heart rate, and challenge both balance and endurance.
